The PKJ4716H series is a half-brick isolated DC-DC converter with an output range of 25V to 55V at up to 14A, offering an output power of 700W. This makes it ideal for both LDMOS and GaN based RFPA applications.

This converter has a high efficiency up to 96% typical at 48Vin, 28Vout and 100% load.

The PKJ series can operate over a temperature range from -40°C up to +85°C and offers an MTBF of up to 6.7 million hours.

Standard features for this model include comprehensive protection such as short-circuit, overload, over-temperature, output over-voltage, input under-voltage. A remote ON/OFF control is provided, and isolation is 1500V.
