Flex Power Modules PKM4516AD PKM-D fully regulated DC-DC converters

The PKM-D series is a powerful isolated DC/DC converter in a quarter brick format. The PKM4516AD features an output range of 14V to 35V at up to 18A, offering an output power of up to 504W. This makes it ideal for both LDMOS and GaN based RFPA applications.

This converter has a high efficiency up to 96% typical at 48Vin, 28Vout and 50% load.

The PKM4516AD series can operate over a temperature range from -40°C up to +100°C and offers an MTBF of up to 7.96 million hours.

Standard features for this model include comprehensive protection such as short-circuit, overload, over-temperature, output over-voltage, input under-voltage. A remote ON/OFF control is provided, and isolation is 2250V.
