Molex optical EMI shielding adapters

Introducing Molex Optical EMI Shielding Adapters – the ultimate solution to limit EMI emissions and enhance front-panel aesthetics. Designed to meet the mechanical requirements of modern equipment, these adapters are built with all die-cast housings or a half die-cast, half polymer housing for superior shielding effectiveness. Featuring an EMI gasket that seals the adapters to the panel, this product is constructed with an aperture reduced to the minimum possible size to minimize EMI emissions.

The polymer adapter housing provides colour coding (blue, beige or green depending on the required application) and provides significantly increased durability performance, while the sleeve alignment is made of zirconia ceramic, ensuring optical performance.
