Panasonic Industry's SN-GCJA5 series Particulate Matter (PM) sensors are small size laser sensors designed to detect floating particles. These sensors are reliably able to detect smoke, environmental dust and other unwanted dangerous pollutants in the air that surrounds us. The SN-GCJA5 has an excellent accuracy and quick response based on laser scattering technology and is available in remarkably small dimensions of only 37mm x 37mm x 12mm. The long-life PM sensor offers I²C and UART (TTL) connectivity - and surpasses LED-based concepts in several regards.
