NovaRay 112 Gbps PAM4 Extreme Density Arrays - Main Title

NovaRay® 112Gbps PAM4 extreme density arrays

Mixed Media

High-performance computing and artificial intelligence applications are driving the demand for increased data speeds, higher frequencies and greater signal integrity. To meet these challenges, Samtec offers a range of connector and cable solutions that support next-generation AI/ML and HPC applications.

The innovative design of NovaRay® combines extreme density and extreme performance, which is critical as system sizes decrease and speeds increase. With extremely low crosstalk, tight impedance control and stub-free mating, NovaRay® is designed to deliver 112Gbps PAM4 performance per channel and offer a path to 224Gbps. The fully shielded differential pair design and multiple points of contact contribute to industry leading 4.0 Tbps aggregate data rate.

3M has presented New 3M™ 100G QSFP28 Direct Attach Copper Cable Assemblies, 9Q Series are passive copper cable assemblies which utilize 3M Twin Axial Cable technology to create a highly-flexible, foldable, high-performance solution.
