OTSW100 & OTSW101
The OTSW100 and OTSW101 are wideband SPDT RF switches that work from DC to 40 GHz frequency range. These switches feature low insertion loss, high isolation, fast switching time and high linearity all the way up to 40 GHz.
OTSW101’s smaller form factor offers advantages in space constrained applications such as millimeter wave phased arrays.

Evaluation Boards
Designed to test the performance of the switches, the boards include three RF ports that are built with 2.4mm compression mount connectors with the control I/O accessible through a header connector.
