Motors

Electric motors are machines that convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. They come in a variety of different types, based on application, power and size. Examples are AC motors, Brushed DC motors, Brushless DC motors, Synchronous motors, and Stepper motors. They are used in many application such as transport, heating and ventilation, industrial, positioning applications (motion-controlled), lasers and optics, image scanners, intelligent lighting, hybrid automobiles, drones, and more recently in 3-D printers.
