HCNR201
The HCNR201 high-linearity analog optocoupler consists of a high-performance AlGaAs LED that illuminates two closely matched photodiodes. The input photodiode can be used to monitor, and therefore stabilize, the light output of the LED. As a result, the nonlinearity and drift characteristics of the LED can be virtually eliminated. The output photodiode produces a photocurrent that is linearly related to the light output of the LED. The close matching of the photodiode and advanced design of the package ensure the high linearity and stable gain characteristics of the optocoupler.

The ACPL-C87B/C87A/C870 voltage sensors are optical isolation amplifiers designed specifically for voltage sensing. Its 2V input range and high 1GΩ input impedance, makes it well suited for isolated voltage sensing requirements in electronic power converters applications including motor drives and renewable energy systems. In a typical voltage sensing implementation, a resistive voltage divider is used to scale the DC-link voltage to suit the input range of the voltage sensor. ACPL-M50L
The Broadcom ACPL-M50L (SO-5 package) is a low-power, low-input-current digital optocoupler. It features electrical insulation between input and output via an insulating layer between its LED and integrated photon detector. With separate connections for photodiode bias and output transistor collector, it achieves significantly increased speed compared to conventional photo-transistor couplers by reducing base collector capacitance. The ACPL-M50L boasts enhanced common-mode transient immunity of 15kV/µs minimum at VCM = 1500V across a wide temperature range (-40°C to 105°C). ACPL-K370, ACPL-K376
The ACPL-K370 and ACPL-K376 are voltage/current threshold detection optocouplers. The ACPL-K376 is a low-current version of the ACPL-K370. To obtain lower current operation, the ACPL-K376 uses a high-efficiency AlGaAs LED which provides higher light output at lower drive currents. The devices utilize threshold sensing input buffer ICs which permit control of threshold levels over a wide range of input voltages with a single external resistor.

The Industrial ACPL-K308U photovoltaic driver is designed to drive high voltage MOSFETs. It consists of an AlGaAs infrared light-emitting diode (LED) input stage optically coupled to an output detector circuit. ACHS-719X
The ACHS-719x product series is a fully integrated Hall Effect-based isolated linear current sensor device family designed for AC or DC current sensing in industrial, commercial and communications systems. The ±40A rated ACHS-7194 consists of a precise, low-offset, linear Hall circuit with a copper conduction path located near the surface of the die. Applied current flowing through this copper conduction path generates a magnetic field that the Hall IC converts into a proportional voltage. Device accuracy is optimized through the close proximity of the magnetic signal to the differential Hall transducers.
