Modular series are switching power supplies with modular design that consist of two stages: front-end PFC and output modules. With the power factor correction, the line input is rectified into high DC voltage (around 390VDC) by the front-end PFC stage, and then the DC output modules will transfer the operating voltage into all kinds of DC output voltages from 1.6V~53V.
Right now we offer single output modules up to 360W and dual output modules up to 240W to fulfill all kinds of applications up to 14 isolated outputs. There are millions of combinations available for the Modular Series. Users can configure the DC outputs and get the fastest solution for their own power requirement with safety and EMC certificates. NMP Series
NMP family is a 1U low profile modular and configurable type power supply from MEAN WELL. This family comprises two power wattage for the line-up, 650W and 1200W, and the output modules deliver up to 240W with adjustable options for the major working voltages used in the industries 5V, 12V, 24V, 48V, Dual Output. The UMP-400 series is the break-through 1U height modular power supply and it can deliver up to 400W maximum output power with convection cooling only. The front-end can function as an independent 400W 24V or 48V single output power supply, and it can be configured into a multi-channel modular power supply by incorporating the NID series non-isolated DC-DC converters, which are also standalone standard products that can be purchased and used separately. The NID output modules can deliver up to 100W with adjustable options for the major working voltages used in the industry, including 5V, 12V, 15V and 24V. In addition, the UMP-400 series is certified to ITE 62368-1 safety standards and is designed to meet medical (2xMOPP) safety standard, thus offering the best flexibility for various types of applications.

MP Series
The MP series are configurable power supplies that can support a maximum of 450W, 650W, or 1000W total output power and up to 14 isolated output channels. The front-end have built-in active PFC and have 5 (MP450/650) or 7 (MP1K0) configurable slots. There are a total of 57 different output modules that come in various output power levels and output configuration, allowing the MP series to be highly customizable to meet power requirements for all types of loads. Key features of the MP series include universal AC input, local and global remote controls, remote margin for voltage compensation, built-in parallel function (MS-210/300/360), and built-in 12V/0.1A auxiliary output. The MP series are compliant to the latest IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 safety standard for ITE equipment. In addition, there are complete protection features built-in, which include short circuit, overload, and over voltage for all output modules. The flexibility and high reliability enable the MP series to be suitable for all types of industrial and commercial applications that require multiple output voltages.
