The ECS-327ATQMV 32.768 kHz SMD AEC-Q200 qualified HCMOS oscillator features MultiVolt capabilities that can operate across 1.6 ~ 3.6V supply. The 3.2 x 2.5 mm 4-pad package offers a ±100ppm stability over -40ºC ~ 125ºC. These are ideal for low power, portable, automotive, industrial and IoT applications.
The ECS-327ATQMV miniature 32.768 kHz SMD AEC-Q200 qualified HCMOS oscillator features MultiVolt capabilities that can operate across a 1.6 ~ 3.6V supply or on a static supply compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.0V, and 3.3V. This 3.2 x 2.5 x 0.9 mm 4-pad package offers a ±100ppm stability over the operating temperature of -40ºC ~ 125ºC. These are ideal for low power, portable, automotive, industrial and IoT applications.
