In motor-driven industrial equipment, motors are becoming more powerful and compact, and power supply designers are demanding not only high current and high capacitance, but also long-life and small size capacitors.
Panasonic Industry has commercialized the ZL series (ø5x5.8mm to ø10x10.2mm), which is one size smaller than the conventional ZC series, and the ZUU series (ø10x12.5mm, ø10x16.5mm), which supports industry-leading high ripple currents.

  • Endurance: 125℃ 4,000h / 135℃ 4,000h double specs supported
  • One size smaller than the conventional ZC series of the same capacitance
  • Rated voltage: 25V / 35V
  • Case size: ø5x5.8mm to ø10x10.2mm
  • Vibration-proof product for 30G is available upon request.

       ZUU series

  • Endurance: 125℃ 4,000h / 135℃ 4,000h double specs supported
  • Ripple current: 25V, ø10x16.5mm size supports 6.1Arms (at 100kHz)
  • Rated voltage: 25V to 63V
  • Case size: ø10x12.5mm, ø10x16.5mm
  • Vibration-proof product for 30G is available upon request.


Applications

Industrial motor-driven equipment

For applications where quality and reliability are critical—such as aerospace, transportation, medical, and safety equipment—the relevant specification document must be signed and sealed by both Panasonic Industry and the user beforehand.

Additionally, the use of drones for aerospace applications requires prior approval and review of intended usage. Even if approval is granted, a disclaimer agreement must be established with users.”
