Ambient Light Sensor IC (Under Development)
Ambient Invisible Intelligence

BU27034ANUC is a digital Ambient Light Sensor IC with I²C bus interface. This IC is most suitable for obtaining ambient light data for adjusting LCD and backlight power of TV and mobile phone. It is capable of detecting a very wide range of illuminance.
The BU27034ANUC is a highly sensitive ambient light sensor designed to accurately measure illuminance across a broad range. Featuring a built-in IR cut filter and two outputs with different spectral responses, it ensures precise light detection even under challenging conditions, such as behind dark windows. Its I²C bus interface supports both 1.2 V and 1.8 V logic levels, enabling flexible integration into various systems. The sensor effectively rejects 50 Hz/60 Hz light noise, ensuring stable readings. With a typical resolution of 0.00006 lx/count at the highest sensitivity setting, BU27034ANUC is ideal for mobile phones, tablet PCs, portable gaming devices, LCD TVs, and digital cameras, helping optimize display brightness and improve power efficiency.
