The NXP S32G automotive-grade processor delivers high-performance, safety-certified flight control for eVTOLs. Its heterogeneous multi-core architecture (ARM Cortex-A/M cores) enables parallel processing for AI-driven navigation, real-time motor control, and sensor fusion (LiDAR, vision). With ASIL-D functional safety (ISO 26262) and aviation-ready redundancy, it ensures fault-tolerant operation critical for airworthiness.

Integrated high-speed networking (CAN FD, TSN Ethernet) guarantees low-latency communication with propulsion, batteries, and ground systems, while hardware security (HSE) safeguards data and OTA updates. Optimized for real-time RTOS (QNX, AutoSAR) and supported by NXP’s development tools, the S32G accelerates certified avionics deployment.

Compact, reliable, and scalable, it empowers next-gen eVTOLs with robust flight control, health monitoring, and secure connectivity—ideal for urban air mobility and autonomous flight.

S32G2 vehicle network processors combine ASIL D safety, hardware security, high-performance real-time and application processing and network acceleration.

The S32G SOM + Mother Board is a compact, highly optimized and integrated reference design board featuring the S32G vehicle network processor. With its high-performance computing capacity and rich input/output (I/O), this board can provide reference for a variety of automotive applications such as service-oriented gateways, vehicle central compute, domain controllers, safety processors and black boxes.
