Experience superior Air-conditioning with the STM32G0 Air-conditioning Fan Controller.
Runs up to 64 MHz of frequency. With its high level of performance, it covers a wide range of applications such as industrial and home air conditioning fans, both indoors and outdoors. The microcontroller has a 12-bit high-speed analog-to-digital converter (ADC, 2.5 MSps) and a 16-bit high-performance control timer. The timer has complementary PWM outputs with programmable inserted dead-times. The fan controller uses a sensorless magnetic field oriented control algorithm (FOC) and single resistor current sampling. The motor is driven by a sinusoidal current. With these factors, the air conditioning fan will be able to experience peak efficiency with low noise at relatively low cost.
Another component is the STIPNS1M50T-H low-loss Intelligent Power Module (IPM), which is composed of IPM 1 A, 500 V, 3-phase MOSFET inverter bridge with an operational amplifier for gate driving, as well as an NTC thermistor for temperature control.

With these key components and advanced motor control algorithms, this air conditioning fan controller can now move to a new level of high performance for both industrial and home air conditioning fans, making them ideal for both large-scale industrial projects and for the individual consumer.
Features
- The main components are MCU and IPM. Suitable for miniaturized fan design. The control board can be placed in the motor for an integrated design.
- IPM-integrated op-amp, motor pre-drive and 6 MOSFET reduce the number of components on the board, making it easy to optimize the board design.
- Single-resistor current sampling FOC algorithm can save the number of sampling resistors and op-amps, so it can save controller costs.
- Software and hardware support anti-headwind start, improve controller performance.
- The software supports stall detection and motor rotor jitter detection, which can improve the reliability of the controller.
Applications
- Indoor fans
- Outdoor fans
