Among the functions enabled by the S32V Block are Lane Departure Warning System alerts, blind spot detection and front collision warning, alerting drivers to hazards and allowing them to react safely. Avnet’s S32V Block also enables the Driver Monitoring System, which has facial recognition capabilities and is able to monitor driver fatigue. As this technology evolves, Avnet will be there to see it through application in more advanced infotainment systems to provide a seamless and safe in-vehicle experience.
