Avnet’s USB Type-C PD3.0 45W Power Adaptor is one such solution. It features the newly released power delivery 3.0 that further enhances power delivery capability and flexibility. Using Renesas latest USB TYPE C (PD3.0) controller (R9A02G011), it combines low standby power with the high power efficiency AC/DC circuit designed by Avnet. Input voltage ranges from 85V to 265Vrms while standby power is always below 80mW whatever the input voltage. This power adaptor is also in compliance with Energy Star Level 6 as well as the SMPS requirement from US and Europe.
