Prototype designs have become easy and affordable

The Ultra96-V2 is an Arm-based, Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+™ MPSoC development board based on the Linaro 96Boards Consumer Edition specification. Designed with wireless capabilities, it targets applications such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and embedded computing.

This solution matches the Ultra96-V2 with the onsemi Dual Camera Mezzanine card which simplifies the complex process of developing with imaging sensors. The platform includes the Imager Access System (IAS) image sensor module format which enables the following:

• Ease of Design-In: OEMs do not have to source lens or explore module vendors
• Accelerates time to market by enabling low-touch design
• Prior imaging system expertise is not required since IAS is a plug-and-play solution

The Avnet Ultra96 + dual onsemi camera platform allows design and system engineers to develop embedded vision applications with camera sensor modules at a much lower cost of entry.
