All documentation related to the Avnet.com site is contained here.  The idea of this site is to address how to create pages from scratch (starting new), copying existing pages and using "page templates".

When creating a page, copying an existing page or using a page template is the fastest way to create a new page but you are limited to the layout that is provided.  If you want more flexibility with page layouts, you can start with an empty page and drag components on the page to define the content that will appear on the page.  Each page has some requirements that, as a content creator, you will need to adhere to.  These requirements address social media needs, accessibility needs, and branding requirements.  We will cover each of these on this site.

On this site we will also discuss the components that were created for you to use to speed up building a new page.  Each component will be discussed, samples of how it is used will be shown and if there are multiple options to use the component, those will also be discussed.
