All brochures and print publications of EBV have been printed in compliancy to the 'Forest Stewardship Council - FSC'. FSC is an independent, non-governmental, not for profit organization established to promote the responsible management of the world’s forests. Products carrying the FSC label are independently certified to assure consumers that they come from forests that are managed to meet the social, economic and ecological needs of present and future generations.
EBV Elektronik only works together with such printing companies which can guarantee through certification that all printed material goes through a climate-neutral process. The identifiable symbol is the certification ‘Climate-Neutral Printing’ from the organisation ‘ClimatePartner’.
EBV Elektronik was honoured as one of the environmentally friendliest offices in Germany by the ‘Bundesdeutschen Arbeitskreis für Umweltbewusstes Management’ (B.A.U.M.) – (German Working Committee for Green Management). The winners were chosen by an expert panel of judges under the sponsorship of the Federal Environment Minister during the recently held competition, ‘Office & Environment’
EBV Elektronik has been honored for its participation in the Environmental Pact of Bavaria. The initiatives and measures to strengthen individual accountability and voluntary participation in the environmental protection of the Bavarian economy are brought together under the umbrella of the Environmental Pact. The EBV headquarters is located in Bavarian Poing near Munich.
