Infineon PROFET™+24V - protected high-side switches

EBV presents the new pin-compatible single and dual channel 24 V high-side switches of the PROFET™+ 24V family in PG-DSO-14 and PG-DSO-8 package which provide embedded diagnostic and protective functions.Each power transistor is built by a n-channel vertical power MOSFET with charge pump.The devices are designed especially to drive resistive, capacitive as well as inductive loads (e.g. truck bulbs, car bulbs, valves, motors, relays, LEDs).The high current sense accuracy (kILIS) is able to diagnose even small load changes.The high short-circuit robustness meets the market benchmark.
