Infineon Technologies EasyPIM™ 3B - iGBT7 power module

The Easy 3B package with TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 technology extends the broad Easy portfolio in industrial drives applications to higher current ratings: 50 A, 75 A, and 100 A in PIM configuration. Thanks to the same height of 12 mm for the whole Easy family, it is perfectly suited for platform designs in industrial applications, such as servo drives, robotics, and air-conditioning. The TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 chip is specially optimized for industrial drives with the higher power density and lower total losses compared to previous chip generations. The Easy 3B package enables higher current ratings with low Rth and high CTI value.
