Hyperlux™ ID iToF Sensors: Precision depth sensing for moving objects & long-range 3D imaging

onsemi’s Hyperlux™ ID family introduces the industry’s first real-time iToF sensor designed to capture depth data with high accuracy, even in dynamic environments. These sensors enable depth sensing up to 30 meters, 4x farther than standard iToF solutions, while delivering cost-efficient, real-time 3D imaging.

Engineered with a 1.2 MP global shutter, back-side illuminated (BSI) CMOS architecture, Hyperlux™ ID integrates on-chip dual laser driver controls and modulation frequencies up to 200 MHz for unparalleled depth measurement precision.

The AF0130 model integrates on-chip depth processing for plug-and-play solutions, while the AF0131 model allows custom depth algorithm integration for flexible applications.
