Broadcom gate drive optocouplers come in wide range of output current from 0.4A to 5A. These optically-isolated devices are optimized for driving IGBT, Power and SiC/GaN MOSFET, exhibiting rail-to-rail output, fast gate switching speed, high CMR and reinforced insulation. The smart gate drivers are with integrated protection features and DC-DC controller.
Isolation amplifiers
