Series

STM32U3 series

This new STM32U3 series of microcontrollers is based on an Arm© Cortex©-M33 core and offers best-in-class low-power consumption and robust security features, all within a cost-effective design. It is the first STM32 MCU based on a near-threshold design, significantly reducing dynamic consumption.

STM32U5 series

The STM32U5 series offers advanced power-saving microcontrollers, based on Arm® Cortex®-M33 to meet the most demanding power/performance requirements for smart applications, including wearables, HMI, personal medical devices, home automation, and industrial sensors. It is the first 32-bit MCU embedding a flash memory, up to 4 Mbytes.

STM32U0 series

Based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core, the STM32U0 series offers high integration, reducing BoM costs and making it an attractive option for cost-conscious customers. Offering 16 to 256 Kbytes of flash memory and 12 to 40 Kbytes of SRAM, the STM32U0 series is available in a wide choice of packages.
