Seeking guidance and reporting option
In the event of any concern (e.g. breach of due diligence duty) or possible risks or violations of Avnet’s Code of Conduct, our company policies or the law, including human rights and environmental issues, by Avnet or in its supply chain, you may submit a report at any time via the Avnet Alertline (whistleblowing tool). Our company makes every effort to maintain confidentiality, within the limits of the law. Avnet does not tolerate retaliation for making a complaint or providing information.
When using the Ethics Alertline, you are encouraged to identify yourself to assist in effectively addressing concerns. However, where allowed by local law, you may choose to remain anonymous, and Avnet will respect your decision. You can find more information on the complaints procedure in Avnet EMEA’s Whistleblower policy (available soon).
