    What inspired you to join the Graduate Program in Avnet?
    Yadana: I knew this would be different to other graduate programs I had seen and applied to and I think I subconsciously knew that this is where I am meant to be, to grow my career. Shilpaann: The aspiration to start my career as a graduate to learn from the experienced, to work on different work fields and cultures, meet and interact with people of my interest. Avnet values its people all the time and that made me to choose Avnet.
