Microsoft Software License Terms (License Terms), formerly End User License Agreements or EULAs, are terms of use that govern an end customer's use of Licensed Products on Mobile Devices, Specialized Servers and other Embedded Systems.

MS Software License Terms are not required for Windows® Embedded Compact 2013, Windows® Embedded Compact 7, Windows® Embedded CE 6.0, Microsoft Windows® CE 5.0 and Microsoft Windows®CE .NET 4.2.
