E524.71/2/3 – integrated absolute pressure sensor with SPI/I2C/analog interface
Elmos E524.7X Pressure Sensors are absolute pressure sensors for absolute air pressure measurement. They include a piezo-resistive pressure bridge and a signal processing IC, which performs amplification and thermal compensation of the pressure sensor output to provide a linear, thermally stable signal output.
