Renesas RA6T1 - 100 pins and 64 pins in LQFP package

The RA6T1 offers leading performance with a 120-MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 core and is suitable for motor control applications. It is equipped with various peripherals including 512-KB code flash memory and 64-KB SRAM. To simplify the application design for engineers, the RA6T1 is supported by the Flexible Software package (FSP) including motor control specific control code algorithm, which make the RA6T1 to a perfect choice for Quick Time to market.
