Renesas RA2E1 microcontrollers - Ultra low power 48 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M23 core, up to 128-KB code flash memory

The RA2E1 group is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core, and provides pin and peripheral compatibility with RA2L1. The optimized processing and Renesas’ MF4 (110nm) process make it the industry's most energy-efficient industry-leading Ultra Low Power.
It supports a wide operating voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V and array of memory and package options such as LQFP, QFN, LGA, BGA and the smallest WLCSP (Wafer Level Chip-Scale) Package. The RA2E1 is ideal for battery-operated applications and other systems requiring high performance and low-energy consumption.
