New Renesas RA6T2 MCUs for high-end motor control with 240MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33

The RA6T2 is the second product of the RA motor ASSP family. High-speed CPU performance and motor dedicated functions realize next-gen motor algorithm and differentiators in motor fields. The RA6T2 group supports accelerators for motor, PWM timer, high-speed analog functions and comes in a large selection of packages such as 48pin/64pin QFN, LQFP and 100pin LQFP.

The combination of a powerful CPU, accelerators, and high-speed memory realizes high real-time performance, which is important for motor control.
