SiTime MEMS 32 kHz solutions are ideal for replacing traditional quartz crystal resonators in wearable and mobile applications, where space and power are critical.

Features

  • Small footprint at 1.2 mm2 (1.5 x 0.8 mm) in a chip-scale package (CSP)
  • Ultra-low power, as low as <1 μA
  • NanoDrive™ programmable output swing minimizes power compared to LVCMOS output
  • 1.2 V operation-optimized for regulated supply applications, such as coin-cell or super-cap battery backup
  • All-inclusive frequency stability, as low as ±50 ppm over temperature

 

32 kHz TCXOs

The SiTime 32 kHz TCXO lineup is the first to offer ±3 ppm stability in a 1.2 mm2 chip-scale package. The typical core supply current is as low as 1 μA. These 32 kHz TCXOs are factory-calibrated over multiple temperature points to guarantee extremely tight, all-inclusive frequency stability.

  • The SiT1552 TCXO offers supply current as low as 0.99 μA, plus NanoDrive™ programmable output to further minimize power consumption
  • The SiT1566, SiT1567, and SiT1580 TCXOs offer low integrated RMS phase jitter at 2.5 ns, 2.0 ns, and 1.8 ns respectfully
  • The SiT1580 uses the latest generation of EpiSeal® technology which hermetically seals the resonator, making it impervious to all small-molecule gases and immune to external atmospheric elements
