Greenliant GLS85LS SATA NANDrive™ embedded solid state drives (SSDs) integrate Greenliant's industrial-grade Serial ATA (SATA) controller with one or more NAND flash dies in a small, multi-chip package. Compatible with the latest generation chipsets, SATA NANDrive has the same pin-out in a 145-ball BGA, 1mm ball pitch package, giving customers flexibility and simplifying board design. Industrial temperature (-40°C to +85°C) SATA NANDrive is offered with 2-bits-per-cell (MLC, MX Series) or 1-bit-per-cell (SLC, EX Series) NAND to meet varying customer requirements for lifespan, endurance, and performance. Greenliant's SLC NAND-based, industrial-grade NANDrive products use EnduroSLC™ Technology to offer endurance of 50K, 100K, and 250K program/erase (P/E) cycles, and are qualified for the most demanding applications. SATA NANDrive is ideal for industrial and single board computers, servers, network appliances, HMI and digital signage displays, multi-functional printers, point-of-sales terminals, medical instruments, and security systems.
