RZ/T2L - High-performance MPU for real-time control with EtherCAT

RZ/T2L is a high-performance MPU that realizes high-speed processing, high precision control and multi-function required for industrial equipment such as AC servo and controller. RZ/T2L has Arm® Cortex®-R52 for real-time control and a large tightly coupled memory (576KB) directly connected to CPU to realize high-performance real-time processing. RZ/T2L has the necessary functions such as EtherCAT Slave Controller, large RAM with ECC, ΔΣ interface, multi-protocol encoder interface, etc., required for industrial equipment, especially motor control equipment. It is smaller than competitor’s products and offers lower power consumption than RZ/T2M. In addition, seamless architecture with RZ/T2M, the internal bus structure is also optimized for real-time control and realizes high precision real-time control. Flexible Software Platform (FSP) and other development environments have compatibility among the development environment of Renesas MPU/MCU products. It enables the customers using Renesas products to utilize their Software assets for their new model development.
