RA6M3 - 120MHz with USB HS, Ethernet and TFT controller
The Renesas RA6M3 group uses the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4F core and offers a TFT controller with 2D accelerator and JPEG decoder. In addition RA6M3 offers Ethernet MAC with individual DMA and USB High Speed interface to ensure high data throughput. The RA6M2 is built on a highly efficient 40nm process and is supported by an open and flexible ecosystem concept—the Flexible Software Package (FSP), built on FreeRTOS—and is expandable to use other RTOSes and middleware. The RA6M3 is suitable for IoT application requiring TFT, Ethernet, Security, large embedded RAM and USB HS.

Multiple & reconfigurable connectivity functions to expedite your AI/ML System. Easy-to-use hardware platform for multimodal AI/ML solutions based on the RA6M3 MCU from the RA Family of 32-bit MCUs.
The hardware platform is intended to be used for different kinds of AI/ML single or multimodal use cases supporting Vision and Realtime Analytics. It enables various combinations of different plug-in sensors in combination with the available onboard analog microphones and camera.
It is supported by Reality AI Software for Realtime Analytics, and by the Renesas Ready Partner Network for specific Vision-based use cases.
The AI Kit will enable you to evaluate and test the available application examples, but also develop your own solutions by using the available ecosystem and AI/ML software.
