24V series of LDO linear voltage regulators from onsemi
onsemi is driving innovation in energy-efficient electronics, empowering customers to create exciting new applications with ON’s power, analog and sensor semiconductor solutions while increasing energy efficiency and reducing global energy use.
One of the most important challenges in designing today’s electronic applications is minimizing power consumption. Many designs and systems utilize low power mode options to minimize the total power consumption. By doing that, system supply currents can easily vary from a few µA in sleep to tenths or hundreds of mA in power mode. Further factors to consider when choosing a Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulators (LDO) are a good dynamic performance and demand for ultra−low quiescent current.
onsemi’s series of NCP715, NCP716, NCP716B and NCP718 offer a wide input voltage range of up to 24 V. The families are rated 50 mA, 80 mA, 150 mA and 300 mA and come in DFN, SOT23−5 or SC-88A packages. With their ultra-low quiescent currents, fixed or adjustable output voltages and added protection features they are an excellent choice for a variety of applications.
