Introducing STM32MP2 series and SoM STM32MP2 based for Industrial application

Avnet Silica, STMicroelectronics ed Engicam sono lieti di invitarvi a questo seminario che ha lo scopo di introdurre la serie di dispostivi STM32MP2. La serie STM32MP2 offre fino a 2 core Arm Cortex®-A35 e 1 Cortex®-M33 e supporta periferiche di connettività come 3 Gbit Ethernet, Ethernet Switch, TSN, PCIe, USB3, LVDS, DSI e camera interface. Inoltre questi dispostivi sono dotati di GPU ed NPU (neural processing unit) per applicazioni Grafiche 3D ed AI. Le architetture hardware e software di questi dispositivi saranno illustrate in dettaglio da esperti di STMicroelectronics. Durante l’evento saranno mostrate demo relative a multimedia, connettività, sicurezza e capacità di elaborazione di processi di intelligenza artificiale. Verranno inoltre mostrate in dettaglio le soluzioni ( SoM) sviluppate dal nostro partner Engicam basate sui dispositivi STM32MPx e durante l’evento avrete la possibilità di visionare alcune demo da loro sviluppate e di discutere di possibili applicazioni.

STM32MP257F-EV1 - Evaluation board with STM32MP257F MPU

The STM32MP257F-EV1 Evaluation board is designed as a complete demonstration and development platform for the STMicroelectronics STM32MP257FAI3 based on the Arm^® Cortex^® A35 and M33.

The product leverages the capabilities of STM32MP2 series microprocessors to allow users to develop applications using STM32 MPU OpenSTLinux distribution software for the main processor (Arm^®dual core Cortex^®‑A35) and STM32CubeMP2 software for the coprocessor (Arm^® Cortex^®‑M33).

The product includes an ST-LINK embedded debug tool, LEDs, push-buttons, three 1 Gbit/s Ethernet, two CAN FD, one USB Type-C® DRD connector, two USB Host Type-A connectors, one mini PCIE connector, one LCD LVDS display connector, one LCD DSI connector, one camera connector, microSD™ card, eMMC, and NOR flash memory.

To expand the functionality of the STM32MP257F-EV1 Evaluation board, one GPIO expansion connector is also available for Raspberry Pi^® shields, and one mikroBUS™ expansion connector.
