Allan Lagasca is the global leader of the Smart Industrials Segment organization and Head of the Automation Competence Center in Asia.
Allan Joined ST in 2003 as a Senior Application Engineer for the Discrete Group in Taiwan. He became FAE Manager for the Taiwanese team in 2006, then became the Regional FAE Manager for Greater China, South Asia, and India in 2011. In 2014, he moved to Shenzhen and became Application Director of System Engineering and Strategic Programs with major investment in Motor Control and Smart Metering applications. He holds the position of Application Director to date with the team increasing its presence in Factory Automation, Smart Home & Building Automation and expanding to Medical and Healthcare systems. Allan started his career in Astec / Emerson with career experience of more than 25 years in Electronics and Semiconductor Industry.
Allan Lagasca was born in Philippines, in 1973, and graduated with a dual degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering from St. Louis University, Philippines (A Belgium-affiliated University).
