OSDZU3 SiP Design Example based on Octavo Systems Solution
This design provides a powerful development and evaluation platform for the OSDZU3 System in Package. Based on the UltraZed PCIe Carrier Card from Avnet, the OSDZU3 design features some common peripherals, such as USB 3.0, SATA, and Display port, to evaluate the PS-GTRs. It also has a host of expansion headers including a FMC LPC, a number of PS and PL PMOD, and 100 mil headers.
