Robin M. Saltnes joined Nordic Semiconductor as a product marketing engineer in 2020. He holds two bachelor’s degrees from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology, the most relevant being in electronics and industrial instrumentation. Within Nordic Robin works with giving products the right promotion, through websites, webinars, videos, internal and external trainings, blogs and other broad marketing efforts, across short-range and cellular IoT.

Nick Wood has a physics degree from Bristol University and a PhD from University College London in Particle Physics gained working on experiments at CERN in Geneva. After a brief career in scientific research, he moved into the technology industry for over 30 years, working mainly in cutting edge high growth companies. He was an owner and Director at Teleca, an early pioneer in software for mobile phones, and has been at Insight SIP for over 10 years, focussing mainly on developing the Sales and Marketing as well as broader strategic issues.

Studied Electrical Engineering and Business Economics in Aachen Started his carrier during the University time already and was mainly working in Communciation Electronics and Supercomputing having more than 30 years experience in electronics business. Rich experience on wired and wireless communication as well as RF and Certifications. Knowledge related to Software protocols due to experience in Operating Software business for Communication Technologies. Since 2007 in former MSC and due to the merger with Avnet since 2014 in Avnet. Due to reorganization since July 2021 resonsible for the Wireless Business in Avnet SILICA EMEA.
