Andrea Richetta is Head of the Pro Customer Success team at Arduino. The role of the team is to provide solutions to the companies that want to integrate and leverage the different Arduino solutions into their business. Passionate about technology and music, Andrea joined Arduino in 2014, holding multiple roles including Hardware Product Manager, Pro Business Unit Manager and Hardware Production Manager. Before joining Arduino he served for 20+ years as ICT / Telco Manager, Network Engineer in a multinational companies.
With 18 years of experience across sectors like Banking, Finance, and Healthcare, Zaki has led significant projects, including being principal technical architect for digital transformation projects at Shell Americas in 2008. He's contributed his expertise to companies like Hydro One and Intel with their IoT initiatives and achieved successful exits from startups in Building Automation and Healthcare AI. Now at Arduino, he is supporting the Arduino Pro sales teams globally from the Enablement and Training side.
