As a company operating at the center of the technology industry, EBV offers a wide variety of careers for students interested in technology, engineering and business administration.

EBV offers attractive training programmes at several of our office locations. Depending on the profile you are training towards and your level at entry, your traineeship with us will take between two and a half and three years, in which time you will gain experience in a range of departments suited to the professional profile you have selected. This will give you the chance to gather a broad spectrum of knowledge and crucial work experience, as well as to learn all about our company. At a vocational training college, you will be taught theory – theory that you can then put into practice with us. The traineeship will help you to find out more about your own personal strengths and talents, and we will support you as much as we can while you are with us.

An effective job application is very essential for us to get a complete impression of the candidate's skills, qualifications and personality. Please find below the description of our recruiting process from job posting to hiring of successful candidates:

1. Job posting
Here you will find an overview of all vacant positions at our EBV locations and offices. Feel free to view our job postings and you will find an array of attractive jobs for school leavers, students, graduates and experienced professionals.

2. Applying for a posted position
To have a full impression of you as applicant, we need a motivation letter, your complete CV, copies of your college degree(s), transcripts, letters of recommendation, references and other documentation of your qualifications.

3. Response
If you apply for a certain position, you will receive within a few days a first response from us to confirm receipt of your application.

4. Interview
If you are applying for jobs or positions and you will be selected as appropriate candidate, you will be given a hiring interview where the hiring manager and HR will participate. In some cases we might invite you to a telephone interview as the first step and/or invite you to participate an online personality assessment (Predictive Index). Between an interview and our decision on your application it should not take us longer than 14 days.

5. Hiring
HR will feedback you our decision regarding your application as quickly as possible. If you are our candidate of choice, we will let you know immediately before you will receive our contractual offer. We look forward to welcome you in the EBV family!
