The IDT® HS300x family of relative humidity sensors feature a ±1.5% RH accuracy and six-second response time enabling customers to improve overall system performance and feedback control. In addition, they have an excellent long-term stability of 0.1% RH per year thanks to a robust silicon carbide construction and an innovative design. This improves useful lifetime and lowers its effective cost.  All devices also feature a low current consumption of 1µA that offers power savings and extended battery life. These sensors can be used in a range of consumer, medical and industrial applications.
