XS3A1T3157 & XS3A1T5157 - Low-ohmic single-pole double-throw analog switches
The XS3A1T3157 & XS3A1T5157 are low-ohmic single-pole double-throw analog switches, suitable for use as an analog or digital 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer. They have a digital select input (S), two independent inputs/outputs (Y1 and Y2) and a common input/output (Z).
Schmitt trigger action at the digital input makes the circuit tolerant to slower input rise and fall times. Low threshold digital input allows this device to be driven by 1.8 V logic levels in 3.3 V applications without significant increase in supply current ICC. This makes it possible for the XS3A1T3157/XS3A1T5157 to switch 4.3 V signals with a 1.8 V digital controller, eliminating the need for logic level translation. The XS3A1T3157/XS3A1T3157 allows signals with amplitude up to VCC to be transmitted from Z to Y1 or Y2, or from Y1 or Y2 to Z. Its low ON resistance (0.5 Ω) and flatness (0.13 Ω) ensures minimal attenuation and distortion of transmitted signals.

74AVC1T45GM-Q100H
The 74AVC1T45-Q100 is a single bit, dual supply transceiver with 3-state output that enables bidirectional level translation. It features two 1-bit input-output ports (A and B), a direction control input (DIR) and dual supply pins . Both VCC(A) and VCC(B) can be supplied at any voltage between 0.8 V and 3.6 V. This feature makes the device suitable for translating between any of the low voltage nodes. Pins A and DIR are referenced to VCC(A) and pin B is referenced to VCC(B). A HIGH on DIR allows transmission from A to B and a LOW on DIR allows transmission from B to A. The device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing any damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered down. In suspend mode when either VCC(A) or VCC(B) are at GND level, both A and B are in the high-impedance OFF-state. This product has been qualified to the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 1) and is suitable for use in automotive applications.
