Reference Design of Automotive Interior Lighting using dsPIC33CK DSC-ISELED based on Microchip Solution, the design concept demand for installing large number of RGB LEDs in many locations within the dashboard and vehicle cabinet. In addition to the complex design challenges, automotive OEMs face many manufacturing issues with the RGB lighting. The color accuracy of LEDs varies and requires sorting to select LEDS with similar color response or calibrating them in production line. The ISELED (Intelligent Smart Embedded LED) enables achieving all the design goals and the manufacturing challenges can be easily solved with ISELEDs that come pre-calibrated from vendors.
