Automotive LED Lighting from ROHM Semiconductors are high-performance and reliable solutions for exterior illumination of vehicles. They consist of LED drivers, LED lamps, and protection circuits that ensure optimal brightness, efficiency, and safety. ROHM offers a wide range of products and technologies for different applications and requirements, such as SiC devices, ComfySIL functional safety concept, and IPD integrated power devices. ROHM's automotive LEDs are also AEC-Q101-qualified and can operate in harsh environments from -40 to 100 degrees Celsius.
